You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

3. Products, pricing and availability

We try to describe and picture our products as accurately as possible; slight variations in colour and detail may occur. All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Products are subject to availability and are sold in limited runs. We may change prices, withdraw products, or correct errors at any time before we accept your order.

4. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract of sale is formed only once we accept your order and confirm it. If we cannot fulfil an order (for example, an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred), we will let you know and refund any amount already paid.

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely by Payfast at checkout. We do not store your card details. Your order is only dispatched once payment has been received in full.

6. Delivery

Delivery is arranged through our courier partner and is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Your rights to return items and receive refunds, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

All content on this site — including the Daremposh name, logo, designs, imagery and text — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site unlawfully, to interfere with its operation or security, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it. We may suspend or refuse service for misuse.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and without limiting your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, Daremposh is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
