  • Order & contact details — name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, and order history when you place an order or contact us.
  • Payment information — your payment is processed securely by Payfast. We do not see, collect or store your full card details; we receive only confirmation of payment and limited transaction data.
  • Account & marketing — your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter, and your marketing preferences.
  • Technical & usage data — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and similar analytics, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

3. How we use your information

  • To process, fulfil and deliver your orders, and to arrange courier delivery through our shipping partner, Bobgo.
  • To take payment securely via Payfast and to manage refunds and returns.
  • To communicate with you about your order, respond to enquiries, and provide customer support.
  • To send you marketing communications where you have consented, which you can opt out of at any time.
  • To operate, secure and improve our website and prevent fraud.
  • To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

We rely on your consent, the performance of our contract with you (fulfilling your order), our legitimate interests, and legal obligations as lawful bases for processing.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run the store, under appropriate safeguards:

  • Shopify — our e-commerce platform, which hosts the store, checkout and order data.
  • Payfast — our payment gateway, which securely processes your payment.
  • Bobgo and the couriers it connects — to deliver your order and provide tracking.
  • Other service providers (e.g. email, analytics) strictly to provide services to us.
  • Authorities or advisors where required by law, or to protect our rights.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information. Payments and checkout are handled over encrypted connections by Shopify and Payfast. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you and the Regulator of any breach as required by law.

Our store is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
