Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across South Africa through our courier partner, Bobgo, which connects a network of trusted couriers. This policy explains delivery areas, timeframes and costs.

1. Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within South Africa. [If you offer international shipping, describe it here — otherwise leave as South Africa only.]

2. Delivery timeframes

Orders are processed within [1–2] business days. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard — approximately 3 to 5 business days.
• Express — approximately 1 to 2 business days.

These are estimates from the courier and are not guaranteed. Outlying and rural areas may take longer.

3. Shipping costs

Your shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the courier option you choose. You'll see the exact amount before you pay. [If you offer free shipping over a certain amount, state the threshold here.]

4. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your parcel to your door.

5. Delays and risk

We're not responsible for delays caused by the courier, incorrect delivery details, or events beyond our control. Please make sure your address and contact number are correct at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Failed delivery

If a parcel can't be delivered because no one is available or the address is incorrect, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to us. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-dispatch.
